What's Working - What's Not Working Retrospective
What is this activity?
The “What’s Working / What’s Not Working” retrospective is a simple template to help teams reflect on their recent sprint. By dividing feedback into two clear categories — what is working well and what is not working — teams can quickly identify strengths to build on and areas that need attention. This template is especially effective for fast-paced teams who want a lightweight and focused retrospective. It keeps things clear and actionable, reducing noise and helping everyone align on what truly matters.
