How to conduct this activity

Participants will have a timed 5 minutes to list what they thought the team did well during the sprint just being completed. Tickets will be grouped according to similarity. Each ticket/group will be discussed as a team. Participants vote for the tickets that resonate with them the most (everyone has three votes but only one vote per ticket) Participants will then have another timed 5 minutes to list what they feel the team could have done better, remembering to offer suggestions for future improvements and not to include any criticism of individuals or teams. Tickets will be grouped according to similarity. Each ticket/group will be discussed as a team. Participants vote for the tickets that resonate with them the most (everyone has three votes but only one vote per ticket) Tickets with the most votes will be copied to the What we are going to do column The highest scoring tickets from “What we can do better” will be used to create new actions/ tasks.
