Triumphs, Challenges, Opportunities, and Recognition Retrospective

How to conduct this activity

Have each team member (anonymously)write their input into each column. Overview, enter submissions, review, consolidate, and upvote. In the overview portion describe the process and any particular nuanced items in relation to your project/team. Give the team 5 to 10 minutes to enter submissions (longer for retrospectives around feature or epic releases). Review the entries made giving time to team members who want to expand on items, ask questions, or provide input. Be sure to consolidate similar entries during this time. Allow team members to upvote items for each column giving a better picture to things that stood out as more pronounced or important (those items with more upvotes should have more weight to consider).
