The Easter Egg Retrospective Retrospective

What is this activity?

Easter time is here, so why not skip the standard retro formats a little? The Easter Egg Retrospective can be used in the Review stage or as a Brainstorming activity. There's no limit on the size of the group that can participate in this exercise. We consider this exercise level easy/medium to execute. And you'll need a virtual board tool like EasyRetro to run the session.
