Scrum Values Retrospective Retrospective
What is this activity?
The Scrum Values Retrospective helps the team reflect on how well they lived up to the five Scrum values: Commitment, Courage, Focus, Openness, and Respect. It’s a simple way to connect team behaviors with core Agile principles. Example: “How did we show Courage this sprint? Where could we improve Openness?”
