What is this activity?
A logic model is a useful tool for visually illustrating and testing the assumed relationships between inputs, activities, outputs, and outcomes. A logic model can support clarifying the purpose and rationale of your project, selecting the most relevant activities or interventions to reach your target audience, and defining your outcome indicators. Logic models are widely used in program planning and program evaluation, especially in grantmaking, government, and non-profit contexts. There's no limit on the size of the group that can participate in this exercise. And you'll need a virtual board tool like EasyRetro to run this activity.
