Goldilocks
Based on the Goldilocks and the Three Bears fairy tale, this takes a new spin on Start, Stop, Continue. What are the things that are Too Cold that we need to turn up the heat on (start doing); What are the things that are Too Hot that we need to cool down (stop doing); and What things are Just Right that we shouldn't change (continue doing). The fourth column Character Kudos is to identify the behaviors that showed up the most - Goldilocks behaviors are ones that show curiosity and are experimental in nature, help the team accelerate, and create knowledge.
