There is no participant limit. Every plan, including the free plan, allows unlimited participants on a board, and EasyRetro never charges per seat.
Do participants need an account?
No. Participants join a public board from its link and can start adding cards immediately. Team boards are private and require team membership.
Can I import existing cards?
Yes. You can import cards from a CSV file and clone any existing board to reuse its structure.
