How to conduct this activity

To get the best results, give people a few minutes to think on their own before sharing. Remind them there are no wrong answers—it’s about exploring possibilities. As facilitator, guide the group to look for patterns, discuss the most important points, and agree on actions if needed. Tip: Keep the session light and open. Encourage curiosity and remind everyone that the “interesting” column is just as valuable as the pluses and minuses. By the end, the team will have a clearer picture of both opportunities and challenges, and they’ll feel more prepared for what’s ahead.
