What is this activity?
"We are going to review our processes. Hired: What keeps the job? (Good communication, code reviews, etc.) Fired: What are we letting go? (Long meetings, vague tickets, manual deployments). Promoted: What gets a raise? (Maybe we did one pair-programming session and it was great—let's promote that to a weekly habit)." The Rules: Everyone stays on mute. Cameras on (if possible) to see engagement. Music: Play some low-fi music (share computer audio) to fill the awkward silence.

Goal: Identify patterns. Reveal: Turn off private mode so everyone sees the cards. Group: Drag similar cards on top of each other. Discussion: Look at the "Fired" column first (since the team is stressed). Ask: "I see three cards here about 'Morning Standup running late.' Is this a candidate for immediate termination?"
