Liked - Lacked - Change
Liked-Lacked-Change Retrospective is a retro exercise to help team members not only express what's been good or bad recently, but what they need to change individually and collectively in order to improve. Sometimes it's easy to get stuck in a negative spiral of thoughts concerning issues that are outside of the team; waiting for others to clarify things without taking action yourself or lacking things that can't be provided by the team. This exercise aims to help you reframe your mindset and rephrase your issues.
