Friends (TV Show) Retrospective Retrospective
What is this activity?
Friends is known as one of the best television shows ever made simply because it is hilarious, heartwarming, and relatable. Friends follow the lives of six complex main characters and their genuine relationships with each other and with others. With that being said. Why not try a different retro format with your team by entering the Friends universe and identifying how you can improve through some classic quotes from this TV Show? There's no limit on the size of the group that can participate in this exercise. We consider this exercise level easy to execute. And you'll need a virtual board tool like EasyRetro to run the session.

Friends (TV Show) Retrospective Template
Joey’s quote “Everything’s fine, it’s just a little crush.”
How are you doing? What has been on your mind recently?
Ross’s quote “Okay, is everybody clear? We’re gonna pick it up and move it. All we need is teamwork, okay? We’re gonna lift the car and slide it out. Lift and slide…”
Is there anything we have to change? Should we change our focus and go in another direction?
Phoebe’s quote “Oh, no!.”
What didn't go according to what we planned? Is there any problem we need to solve?
Chandler’s quote “I tend to keep talking until somebody stops me.”
Do you have any suggestions on how we can improve our communication as a team?
Rachel’s quote “You know what I figure? If I can do laundry, there’s nothing I can’t do.”
Is there anything new you would like to try or suggest? Is there anything new you would like to learn?
Monica’s quote "I Wonder What Age It Is That You Stop Being Able To Put Both Legs Behind Your Head."
What do we keep doing over and over again that needs to be changed? What should we try in order to improve?
